Right of withdrawal
The customer in case of rethinking may exercise the right of withdrawal ( in accordance with Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999) returning the product purchased and request a replacement or refund. The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons acting for purposes not related to his professional activity . They are therefore excluded from the right to cancel purchases made for purposes related to their work from retailers and businesses .
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 10 (ten ) working days from receipt of goods, of a written notice by registered letter addressed Capricci d'oro di Ciampi Fulvia . - Via Panfilo Castaldi , 16 - 20124 Milan ( MI) . The notice may be sent, within the same period, by e- mail: info@capriccidoromilano.it , provided that it is confirmed by registered letter within the next 48 hours . Such notice must contain the codes of the products you intend to return as well as indications of the bank (Cab , ABI ) related to your account in order to enable the eventual credit by bank transfer. Within ten (10 ) working days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to send the products made at the following address : Capricci d'oro di Ciampi Fulvia - Via Panfilo Castaldi , 16 - 20124 Milan ( MI) . The products being returned must not have been used and be absolutely in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery. It should also be noted that in no case will be withdrawn parcels cash or COD.
Arrangements for the refund of the amount
Once you have received the goods and verified integrity will, within ten (10 ) working days of the notice in which the customer has expressed its intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the amount paid by bank transfer. The amount that will be credited is attributable solely to the price paid net of shipping costs incurred by the customer.
